All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel the item from your order.

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

Order Acceptance

Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of Asia and certain remote regions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Available for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. The Shoe Daily is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
• PayPal: Please allow 3-5 business days after processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
