We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to bring our curated collection of footwear directly to you.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Available for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Hiking Boots: Due to potential wear and tear from outdoor use.
  • Sandals (especially open-toe styles): Considered intimate apparel for hygiene purposes.
We encourage you to select these items carefully.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Get Authorization: We will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds: Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Please allow 3-5 business days after processing.

Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as the returned item is received and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
