We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain products, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged (see Section 5 below).

3. Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
