Clarks was my go-to brand for years, and about the only one I bought. I loved their clogs and sandals, as they were comfortable and lasted so well for years. But, that is no longer the case. This pair was the first one that I decided to keep in a few years of trying. I need shoes so even though these do not meet my expectations for Clarks they are ok, so I kept them. They do fit, and they are comfortable enough, and have nice lines/styling. But, what is missing is the feeling of my feet being supported in solid shoes. These are lighter weight, softer, and they just do not feel substantial underfoot. All the others in years past were comfortable, fit very well, but I knew that I had on solid supporting shoes. Now they just give under my feet when I walk. My feet feel like they are splaying out, as do the shoe. It is an odd thing to say that they are essentially comfortable but I feel like I am waling on a much lesser product than Clarks used to provide. It is not a good feeling. And, I do not expect these to last for several years. Hopefully I can find another brand that delivers what Clarks used to deliver.

These may be the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. With three hook and loop points of adjustment, you can fit them perfectly to your feet. Plus I think they are stylish and well made. I like that they have a bit of a heel. Perfect sandals in my book. Clarks – how about even more color options?

Clarks shoes are back! For a while, the comfort and construction had not been up to expectations but this one gives me confidence in Clarks once again. I got these in black. I love how my feet nestle into the footbeds like they belong there. the underside of the straps are very soft, not rough as most sandals are. Each of the three straps are adjustable to comfort. They are destined to be my go to sandals this summer.

I ordered these because the Clarks Leisa Truffle has been discontinued and they are pretty good but not as good as the Clarks Leisa Truffle. They are light weight and fairly cute but there is no way that I could have toured Europe in these out of the box like I did with the Clarks Leisa Truffle. The Velcro adjustable straps is probably a nice feature for some, but does not really do anything for me. I found that the stitching scratched my skin a bit unexpectedly but overall they are pretty good.

I just received these today and they are wonderfully comfortable. Perhaps too much so??
I ordered 7.5 W and they are on the tightest velcro fit. I’m walking around my house (carpeted!) and am wondering if they will stretch out. If so that could be a problem.
Anyone have them long enough to know if they stretch out. Read all the reviews and no one mentioned that….of course they will stretch somewhat, I know.
Thanks for any observation 🙂
Perhaps I should just order a regular width and compare.

This is a comfortable sandal with more sole cushioning than most I have tried. It doesn’t have the arch support that I was hoping for, but then I have high arches. Nice looking and adjustable closures.

Anticipating a great shoe by Clarks, I opened my shipment only to have my nose assaulted with a strong plastic smell. The shoe is a plastic special – those straps that look like leather are not. Cheap shoe – quite junky – I’ve lost confidence with a company (Clarks) that used to manufacture quality shoes. I’m returning.

Although loved how light and comfy these shoes were, but after walking for a little around the house, my heel kept hitting or sitting on top of that raised part right where the heel part is. Hate to return it, but I know it’s going to bother me. Will find something similar that will have the heel part completely flat.

I ordered these because of their style. They don’t support my feet enough. I ordered Birkenstocks, which gives me strongest support.

I thought that they were comfortable but the velcro rubbed my feet and after walking a while I got a blister on the bottom of my foot.

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I tried them on. I’m ordering other colors! I have bunions and the straps don’t interfere with the bunions at all. All 3 straps are adjustable which is great. I usually order a wide shoe to accommodate the bunions but I am able to wear medium width in these. I highly recommend them for instant comfort.

There is no plastic here. Very comfy foot bed, straps easy to adjust and despite being velcro they don’t look old lady-like! Once again for me Clarks comes through. Now for warm weather soon!

Since I have narrow feet it is rare that I can ever find a shoe that fits in the local mall or shoe stores. I have ordered from Zappos several times and usually have great results. This Clark sandle was no exception. They are light weight with cushioning and support. I ordered an 8 narrow and it is a perfect fit. I like the adjustable straps and can make them fit as tightly or as loose as I like. I will probably be ordering the blue denim color also.

The shoes looked nice and the navy was a nice change from black. However, I did not feel any arch support and the shoe felt narrow through the middle which is something I have never encoutered before. Going up a size would have made overall length too big.

I have a wide/thick foot, these are PERFECT! The adjustable straps means that if my foot swells, I can just loosen the strap a little. I bought the brown sandals. I don’t love that the sandals are 2 different colors of brown, but they are sooooo comfy that I’m willing to overlook that. The bed of the shoe is so soft that you can hardly feel it on the bottom of your feet. I don’t wear dresses or shorts, only pants – and they look just fine with pants. I’m one of the lucky people who needs an 8.5 on the right and a 9 on the left. I might could have bought an 8.5 and been fine, but I never know for sure. Like I said – the shoe is so comfy I’m willing to overlook the slight extra length.

Fits soooo snug and is extremely comfortable for a sandle- I have an 11N – my foot falls perfectly in to the foot bed – wish they were a little more feminine but it will be a great sandle for day to day use!

I never write reviews, but these sandals were the answer my life long shoe problem…skinny feet! I usually buy a 7.5 for the width, and my toes are always just a tip over the edge in a sandal. These sandals fit perfectly right out of the box.. Since they are leather, they will stretch (they always do) and I can still tighten them with the straps. They are fashionable and the light blue are a nice change from brown or black. I intend to buy several more pairs, maybe even red!

This is a great sandal, especially when comfort is extremely important. I went down half a size from my normal Clark (my feet love the brand) purchases, but probably because of the open toe. Comfortable footbed, adjustable straps, good grippy soles. Full disclosure, I’m a female senior citizen guilty of youthful foot abuse. So, comfort and walkability counts for a lot. What I love about this sandal is that it’s also pretty cute.

Now I have two pairs!! First the pewter now the olive. The best part about these Clarks is the 3-adjustable straps. Having narrow feet I ordered 10N, AND can get an even better fit with the velcro straps. The contoured foot bed is comfortable and the straps are soft to the skin. I am active and need sandals that stay on – these do not fall off through a busy day.

The truth is I have awful feet, both structurally and more recently with a rare dermatological problem, so its extremely hard to find pretty shoes that go beyond flip flops! These shoes do it!! They are not only a true wide fit, but have 3 velcro straps for individualized adjustment. Wore them for the first time to a wedding last night in COMFORT! Clark’s always come thru!

I own at least 5 pair in various colors of this C,lark slide sandal. It is the most comfortable sandal I own.

I own these sandals in black, white, beige and wanted the denim blue color to go with jeans and capris. The color is more grey than denim, and they go okay with denim wash, but don’t look as good with regular denim.I kept them, but not 100% happy with the color.

I usually wear a 3A width and it is hard to find sandals that fit. These are perfect because the velcro straps allow for adjustment, if necessary. What I like most about them is that the sole is molded in a way that my foot does not slip out, and the straps come up a bit higher on the insteap, further preventing slippage. They are extremely comfortable and easy to slip on and off. I ordered my first pair last summer and liked them so much that I decided to get another pair this year.
WW –
These are really comfortable. I like the fact all three straps are adjustable. Strap placement is great as not to pinch on any areas. I got the blue which will go great with jeans. 10 wide

I have very sensitive “problem” feet — wide across toes, narrow and deep at the heel, high arch & instep, with a neuroma in one foot — so finding shoes that fit properly and painlessly, even in person, is always a saga. But these sandals are a heavenly fit right out of the box — no irritation or blisters. True to size so that my long second toes don’t hang over the front edge, comfortable cushiony foot bed, perfectly-spaced straps to liberate bunions. Adjustable Velcro straps mean that they can be made snugger as they stretch with wear. Details are aesthetically pleasing. And at a reduced price! I’m tempted to buy a second pair!
