I like Clarks for comfort and quality. I usually wear a medium width in Clarks but I found the medium width in this style to be too narrow.

The only downfall to this beautiful shoe is the back that meets your Achilles heel. I’m going to need to wear Band-Aids to wear this beautiful shoe. But I will wear them ?

Really like these shoes, but they do run towards the narrow side. I usually wear a size 10 med width, but based on other reviews, I ordered wide. So glad I did! They are a great fit, but my normal medium width would have been too narrow. Only mild complaint is that the heel is somewhat rigid. But, love the style; very comfortable; great color!

I love these shoes. They fit perfectly first time I pour them on. I have high arches, which can make shoes too tight. These fall just right on my arches and look and feel great.

These are VERY attractive black flats, with arch support. BUT, the heel piece sticks up too high and rubs a lot on both shoes. The heel piece is narrower than on many shoes, so the seams are in a different place, closer to the back of my heel. There’s nothing I can do to make these comfortable AND they are the nicest, most attractive simple black flats I’ve seen in a LONG time! I love the ruching in the leather. I love the arch support — it’s actually there! But I can’t wear them. Based on recommendations, I bought size 10 and size 9.5. The 10 fit — and I always wear a 9.5 Medium to narrow shoe. So they do run short. The width is fine. Sooooo too bad. If the heel piece didn’t rub I’d give them a 10.

Dealing with a plantar fascia situation. I think that these shoes are supportive enough but they felt too small on my problem foot. Otherwise, quite cute.

I love these shoes! I am very hard to fit – due to some surgery, my right foot is every so slightly larger than my left. Plus my feet are narrow and a medium width often slips on my heels. But the leather in these shoes kind of ‘hug’ my feet and they feel wonderful. I ordered a pair in black right away. I only wish they came in Navy!

I normally wear a 9 wide and it fit like it should. I did get a blister on my heel the first time wearing them, nothing a band-aid can’t fix, and I think they are very comfortable.

Read the reviews – I should have, as I found the back of the heel pulling on my achilles tendon just a bit. And it came up too high in that area to suit. The style is elasticized – so it stays on your foot – only if you are comfortable with that.

They are a little pointy-toed more than I’m used to wearing, but hey fit well. No gapping on the sides. I’m trusting I won’t have blisters this first day of wearing them.

Perhaps the softest most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I exchanged for a half size bigger and they are perfect. They are a combination of casual and dressy. the leather is good quality .

I loved these shoes. The style is so pretty and feminine. However, the shoe hit my foot in the wrong places, making them too painful to wear. It is not the fault of the shoe; my feet are deformed from arthritis and life in general, so I am hard to fit.

The single stitch seam at the back aggravated my heel. I kept trying band aids and heel guards, but hobbling wasn’t worth the pain. I rave about Zappos, pretty disappointed in this shoe, tho’.
