I bought these shoes for my husband as they were very similar in style to a brown pair of Clark’s that he loves. He’s usually a solid size 8 & these black shoes fit perfect! He finds them quite comfortable. Since they are rather rugged/casual, he wears them with jeans for daytime knocking around.

I purchased these in sz 12 and they were too small, so I purchased them in sz 13 which are too big. I also purchased another sz 12, which fit well, but the quality of leather, cut and stitch on the 12s are generally poor, while the quality of the 13s are great. Even the color and feel of the 13s was superior. These are not the same shoe as the 12s.

With a very recalcitrant left foot, my initial trepidation evaporated when the shoes were worn for a very few hours. The insoles, much to my surprise and delight, adapted comfortably to the often painful lump under the fifth metatarsal. Wow. Feels as if I DO NOT have to replace the insoles with my orthotics! Kudos to Clarks!

In real estate you hear the expression location, location, location. I think for footware it should be fit, fit, fit.
Initially I ordered a medium and I found it a bit snung. The wide model however fit well – ample room in the toe box, a nice fit in the heal area (not too loose) and ample cushining in the footbed. In addition, this shoe is comfortably light and flexible.

almost perfect fit, had to order 1/2 size up so they are a little big, but it’s better than too tight. very comfortable, nice finish, don’t need to be worn in.

I ordered two pairs of the same shoe in different sizes for my father (96) to try on. So convenient! He felt the larger size was more comfortable, so returning what once was his size. Beautifully made!

I wear size 9.5M and most styles of Clarks shoes and boots tend to fit me a bit loosely. This style fit me snugly out of the box but, after wearing them a few times, they now slip on easily. I did not return them to size up because they felt comfortable before I broke them in. I prefer the look of their sleeker casual styling much more than the clunkier looking slip on shoes.

My husband is happy with this shoe – it is comfortable and provides support. He sometimes gets a wide, but these are medium width and seem comfortable.
